The property: It is about two miles south of Corn, Oklahoma. It is the NW ¼ & N ½ SW ¼ of Section 15-T10N-R15W Washita County Oklahoma and is 240 acres more or less. The minerals are intact and sell with the NW ¼. The minerals are leased and production exists. Surface only is available on the N ½ of the SW ¼. About 200 acres are in cultivation and is planted to wheat. The balance is grass and improvements area. The N ½ of the SW ¼ has a stream that crosses the corner of the property for about 1/8th of a mile.
